As Shaz and Mark say in the guestbook it was a great night in Tunbridge Wells and they can't wait till Blackpool for the final, neither could I.

One Night Of Elvis Competition
Here is the footage of me winning the One Night Of Elvis heat at Tunbridge Wells Assembly Hall Theatre on 5th April 2007.
See Daves News update for all the info on this Concert tour culminating in a Grand Final at the Blackpool Opera House on June 23rd. The winner of this final will represent the Elvis Fan Club of Great Britain at a concert In Memphis Tennessee in August.
I will be giving my all to win this event but know the competition will be very tough indeed. I would love to see any of you at this event which is also rumoured to be going out live on National TV. I will be in the bar after either way grabbing a much needed pint.
Whatever You Want
In 1998 a TV show wanted three people to compete to win the chance to be in Buddy the musical in London’s West End Strand theatre. The show was called ‘Whatever You Want’ presented by Gaby Roslin and was on prime time Saturday night TV. Dave.B auditioned to get on the show and was given his chance. The show was recorded at the South Bank TV centre and on the show with Dave that night were a band called Boyzone. Dave and the other two were interviewed by Gaby and then sang Peggy Sue each singing a verse before the judges [the cast of Buddy] made their choice.Dave.B was announced the winner and he went on four nights later to sing ‘Heartbeat’ live to 1000 people packed into London’s Strand Theatre.The shows were broadcast on BBC1 four weeks later first showing Dave.B winning then the following week showing his performance at the Strand
Vegas Nights
On Saturday July 26th Dave B was the featured guest artist in a show called VEGAS NIGHTS at the Chequer Mead Theatre, East Grinstead, West Sussex.
